To achieve this goal, we have created a professional cooking show, and now we have extended it to a catering business, which is unique and provides us with an opportunity to express our honed talent. Flavours of Africa does not supply linens, plates, serving platters, flatware or glasses. If requested, we can make arrangements for these services through rental companies at Market price. As well, our prices for catering services vary according to type of event, number of people and manner of food preparation. As well, we can help you with hall arrangement at your cost. Over the years, we have catered to numerous governmental organizations, starting with The City of Ottawa, our nation’s capital. Our representation of some of the diplomats during Margaret Trudeau’s Watercan embassy dinner put us on the map.
